Q: How do I reset my password?
A: To reset your password, please contact us using the email address below.
Q: Do my credits roll over every month?
A: Yes, any credits you have purchased through a subscription or other in-app purchase will roll over every month.
Q: Do I lose access to my stories if I unsubscribe?
A: Yes, the subscription fee unlocks a monthly token allocation and platform access. If you unsubscribe, you will lose access to the platform and the ability to use any remaining tokens.
Q: Is this app designed for children?
A: No, this app is designed to be used by adult caretakers to help them create stories for, or with, their children. The app is not intended for children to use on their own.
Q: Can I share stories I've created outside of the app?
A: Not yet, but we are working on a feature that will allow you to export or share stories with others.
Q: Is this app only available on iOS?
A: Yes, Storytime Saga is currently only available for iOS devices through the App Store.
Q: How do I share feedback or suggestions on ways to improve the app?
