These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our iOS app, Storytime Saga (the "App"), provided by Storytime Saga ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

a. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you are of legal age or have consent from a parent or guardian.

b. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

c. Prohibited Activities You agree not to: Use the App for any unlawful purpose. Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App. Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.

2. Generative AI Disclaimer

The App utilizes generative AI technology to provide content and recommendations. While we strive to ensure accuracy and relevance, generative AI can make mistakes or produce outputs that may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that: The outputs of the AI should not be relied upon as professional advice (e.g., medical, legal, or financial advice). The App and its AI may generate content that is incomplete, biased, or offensive, despite safeguards in place. 3. User Content

You may submit, upload, or share content through the App ("User Content"). By doing so, you: Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content for purposes of operating the App. Represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or these Terms. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your: Use of the App. Violation of these Terms. Violation of any laws or third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
